Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UHIBBUK (operated by Tattarwala International), each product is personalized and made specifically for your order. Due to the customized nature of our products, the following policy applies.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing and personalization.
  • Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment is confirmed.

2. Returns

  • As each product is customized with specific names or details provided by the customer, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damage or defects.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect personalization details (such as spelling errors) provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

4. Exceptions (Damaged / Incorrect Orders)

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The product is defective.
  • You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered).

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You are required to provide photo or video proof of the damage or error to hello@uhibbuk.com.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund (if a replacement is not feasible).

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
