  • Because our products are personalized/custom-made, this processing time allows us to ensure the quality and accuracy of your customization.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Once your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partners, the estimated delivery time depends on your location.
  • Typically, delivery takes an additional 3 to 7 business days after the processing period, depending on the courier partner’s schedule and destination.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are provided by our third-party logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to offer promotional free shipping based on order value or specific campaigns.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • This notification will contain your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@uhibbuk.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we will require photo/video proof to process a claim or replacement.
